If the service warning light remains on the instrument panel display, it means it's time for maintenance, either due to mileage or time elapsed. After performing maintenance, including an oil change and replacing the filter, you need to reset the light manually without diagnostic tools. Once the ignition is on, press the MENU button on the light control stalk and scroll through the options using the arrows on the stalk. Once you select the service option, press the side button to proceed with the reset, selecting 'YES' with the cursor and confirming with the side button.
