In this video we will see how to disassemble the throttle cable and the air filter box on a Peugeot Speedfight 2 carburettor scooter. First we remove the air filter box, removing the side fixing screws with a socket wrench; once the box has been removed from the carburetor we are going to disconnect its throttle cable. To proceed, let's unscrew the carburettor head: then extract the guillotine together with the spring and the conical pin. We just have to release the internal mechanism to remove the accelerator cable from the guillotine.

How do you replace the brake pads on the Yamaha XSR 900?

In order to replace the brake pads of the Yamaha XSR 900, the same operation must be carried out both for the front wheels and for the rear wheels: it will be necessary to loosen the screws that secure the caliper to its seat so that it can be detached. At this point, the pin that locks the pads inside the caliper can be removed and then the pads can be completely removed; now it will be possible to insert the new ones inside the caliper, locking them with the corresponding pin and fixing the caliper to its seat.
