First, place the scooter on its stand and start by unscrewing the fixing screws of the clutch cover using a socket spanner; then unscrew the fan nut to access the variator. At this point, remove the belt and clutch bell, thus dismantling the variator; replace the rollers found inside and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure of dismantling!
