Today, we will discover the main steps for removing and replacing the power steering hydraulic pump of the Peugeot 206. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start disconnecting the auxiliary belt connected to the power steering pump; then, unscrew the fixing screws of the pump to remove it, also disconnecting the hydraulic line, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new power steering hydraulic pump, reconnect the belt, and finally top up with the appropriate new fluid, unscrewing the cap and filling to the correct level!

How to open the bonnet on a Volkswagen Golf?
