How do you set the clock on the Peugeot 307?

The clock adjustment on the Peugeot 307 is done by turning on the instrument panel and then pressing the MENU button located on the central control panel. Once this is pressed, you will need to scroll through the menu using the controls on the lever to the right of the steering wheel. You will need to select the "Time and date adjustment" option: this will allow you to modify the hours and minutes, always using the appropriate controls on the steering wheel. After the modification is done, you can return to the initial screen to verify that the change has been made, and then turn off the instrument panel.
