The timing belt should not be replaced only when it breaks, but already at the first signs of wear. Replacing the timing belt on the Peugeot Expert is an easily achievable operation even thanks to our guide. To replace the timing belt, we need to open the front hood and remove the engine and belt cover. Then we can loosen the pulley and tensioner roller in order to remove the belt. Insert the new belt after greasing it and tighten the pulley and tensioner roller. Mount the cover and close the front hood.
