How to disassemble the rear light of a Peugeot 208?

Model: Peugeot 208 A9, MK 1 - Years 2012-2019

To disassemble the rear light of your Peugeot 208, start by opening the rear hatch. Look for the fixing screws around the perimeter of the light. Take a suitable screwdriver and carefully unscrew these screws. Once the screws are removed, check if there are fixing clips around the edge of the light. Use a soft tool, such as a plastic spatula, to gently detach these clips. Be careful not to damage the surrounding bodywork. Once the clips are unlocked, the light should be able to be removed carefully. Pull the light gently outwards to completely separate it from the bodywork. Finally, disconnect the electrical connectors connected to the light, and we will have finished the disassembly.
