In this particular model, to remove the diesel particulate filter, you will need to lift the bonnet to access the bolts located on the top and bottom that secure the front of the engine cover. Once you locate the filter, unscrew the pipes that carry the diesel through it, then loosen and remove the ties located on the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter.

Now, simply remove the bolts that secure the filter, replace it, and retrace the steps described for reassembly.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
