Reset Service Light on Peugeot 2008

If the service warning light illuminates on the instrument cluster, it means that, due to mileage or time elapsed, it's time for a service. After performing the regular maintenance, including at least an oil change and filter replacement, you need to reset the warning light. This is a manual procedure that does not require diagnostic tools. Locate the button in the centre of the instrument cluster that has the wrench symbol and the word SET. With the ignition off, press and hold the button while turning on the ignition, waiting for the countdown, after which turn off the ignition.
