In this video, we will see how to change the battery of the Peugeot 5008. When purchasing a new battery, we need to ensure that we buy one with the same specifications. We should not be tempted by cheaper options, as they may have a shorter lifespan or may not even be suitable for our vehicle; we should also pay attention to the dimensions. The battery is located next to the air filter, and we will need to remove the cover to work on it more easily. A series of maxi fuses are connected to the positive terminal of the battery: first, we disconnect the negative terminal and then remove the fuses from the cover. Next, we take off the securing bar and remove the container along with the battery. We then replace the battery with the new one, putting everything back in place, starting with the container and reconnecting the maxi fuses, then the negative connector, and finally replacing the air filter cover.
