How to Fix the Heating Flap Issue on a Peugeot 407

On the Peugeot 407, the mixing flap inside the heater box tends to break easily. This causes either hot or cold air to flow from one side of the cabin in the dual-zone system. You can find the kit on AliExpress with the code 1005008639611263 for €10.59. It is not necessary to dismantle the entire dashboard or the heater box. Access the broken flap by cutting an inspection hole in the side of the heater box; remove the old broken flap (the brown one in the video) and install the new one, which is fixed with hot glue. Close the inspection hole with the previously cut plastic piece (also glued). Before closing, ensure that the servomotor, which moves the flap, is positioned correctly and functioning.
