In this case, the bumper has been removed to show the operation clearly, but it can also be done from underneath the vehicle without removing the entire component. Remove the transparent cover and then take the bulb out of the holder as shown by the YouTuber. Replace it and then refit the transparent cover by securing the clips back in place, and the operation is complete.
