How to Remove the Front Door Panel on the Peugeot 308 I

To remove the front door panel on the Peugeot 308 I, the fastening points are clearly visible; in the glove compartment, you will find a round plastic cap with a cross-head screw at the bottom, which needs to be removed; behind the internal handle, there is a small rectangular cap; lift it and you will find another cross-head screw underneath to remove. Also, remove the cover of the window lifter by prying upwards to release the clips. Here too, you will see a cross-head screw. In some versions, there may be an additional screw under a cap in the top rear corner of the panel (near the mirror). Now unlock the panel starting from the lower edge, using a plastic tool to unclip all the clips by 'walking' along the perimeter. The part under the glass is simply resting; you will need to lift the entire panel upwards. Disconnect the electrical connector of the window lifter and the mechanical lock cable, and the panel is free.
