The number plate bulb holders in the Peugeot Partner are located at the bottom of the rear tailgate. Replacing these bulbs requires the tailgate to be open and the panel to be removed: this way, the bulb holder is accessible and can be disengaged by pulling upwards to remove it from its housing.

Now, simply unscrew the blown bulb and replace it with a new one, avoiding touching it with your fingers or, if you do, be sure to clean it with a clean cloth before reinstalling the bulb holder.
