To reset the service light on a first-generation Peugeot 208, turn off the ignition and locate the trip meter reset button on the instrument panel. Press and hold the button while turning the ignition on without starting the engine.

A countdown will appear on the display indicating the start of the reset procedure. Continue to hold the button until the countdown reaches zero and displays =0. At this point, release the button and turn off the ignition.

When you turn it back on, check that the spanner symbol related to maintenance has disappeared and that the new service interval has been saved.
