Peugeot 206 - Video tutorial
Model: Peugeot 206
MK 1
- Years 1998-2012 We remove the timing belt of the Peugeot 206 if it needs to be changed. Changing the timing belt is very important in order not to damage the engine. Let's see how the belt is removed. We lift the front hood of the car, put it in safety, remove the soundproofing panel of the engine. We remove the belt cover panel and other protective covers. We loosen the belt tensioner, the second belt tensioner and remove the belt from its seat. With a fixed wrench we go to assemble the belt tensioner roller, we stretch until we have the right belt tension (we assemble the two belts). We turn on and test the engine of the Peugeot 206.
