How to Replace the Glow Plugs on a Peugeot 307 1.6 HDI

Here are the main steps that will allow you to remove and replace the glow plugs on a Peugeot 307 1.6 HDI, as well as on all other Peugeot and Citroen vehicles with the same engine. First, open the bonnet of your car and remove the engine cover; then disconnect the intake hose from the turbo and remove the air filter box by unscrewing all the fastening screws. At this point, you can unscrew the four glow plugs using a socket spanner; screw in the new ones by hand first, then tighten with a torque wrench (if possible)!
