How to Remove the Radiator on Peugeot 206

Changing the radiator on your car, in this case a Peugeot 206, is not easy, but here's how to do it. First, ensure the engine is off and that you can lift the car. Drain the coolant system by opening the expansion tank cap and the drain plug located underneath the car. Collect the fluid in a bucket. Before removing the radiator, take off the fan, which will make the next step easier. It is secured to the car with bolts that you can simply unscrew. Now, for the radiator, which is also fixed with simple screws. Unscrew these and carefully slide the radiator out, being careful not to damage the mounting brackets or other parts of the car.
