To replace the timing belt on a Peugeot 307 with a 1.6 HDi engine, you need to unscrew the bolts securing the right front wheel, allowing it to be removed along with the cover of the wheel arch. Behind it, you will find the pulleys around which the belt is arranged, which will also be accessible from the top of the engine compartment. By unscrewing the central pins of the pulleys, you can remove them, reducing the tension on the belt and replacing it with a new spare part; after replacement, you can install the new spare parts.
