Instructions for Removing the Injector Rail

Model: Peugeot 106 MK 1 - Years 1991-2004
Part: Fuel injectors

The injectors are located at the rear of the engine and are connected to each other via a crossbar known as the rail; it is recommended first, before proceeding with disassembly, to allow the engine to cool to operate safely. Start by disconnecting the components connected to the rail and then unscrewing the fixing bolts; once the rail is free, lift it slowly from its seating to move it away from the injectors that remain fixed to the cylinder head and then disconnect the individual connectors by gently extracting the safety clips.
