Replacing the car clutch involves several steps that, if performed correctly, can save time and money. The first step is to remove the car wheels. Next, detach the front shock absorbers, then disconnect the starter motor for safety to avoid creating sparks. Do the same for the positive battery cable. Following these operations, perform a few smaller tasks: drain the used oil from the gearbox, remove the drive shafts, disconnect the gear lever, and remove the clutch cable before finally unscrewing the gearbox supports.
