The first thing to do is lift the car and then it will be necessary to disassemble the right wheel and remove the casing inside the mudguard. Then disassemble the engine support still on the right side and proceed with the disassembly of the upper casing of the timing belt, then loosen and unscrew the bolts of the lower casing. Use a forklift to lower the engine, remove the service belt by loosening the belt tensioner. Then remove the central tensioner support bolts and remove the crankshaft pulley. Be careful to identify the mutual position of the pulleys with respect to the motor by marking either with a pin or with a felt-tip pen in order not to lose the phase and the synchronism of the motor itself. Then remove the last lower belt protection casing and then proceed to disassemble the water pump with the relative pulley and at this point we can remove the belt.
