The part can easily be found on any e-commerce platform: on Amazon, for example, it costs only £25.88 (+£3.99 for shipping), and replacing it is straightforward. Once under the vehicle, identify the part, which is located exactly in the middle of the vehicle. Until that point, you may have heard various strange noises, like clunks due to the weight shifting from the contact point. Clean the area around the mount thoroughly and unscrew the supports. Spray WD-40 and then detach the part, then fit the new one, after which you can lower the vehicle.
