The piece itself can be easily found on any e-commerce platform: on Amazon, for example, it costs only 25.88 (+3.99 euros in transport costs) and replacing it is very easy. Once under the car, the piece is identified, which is exactly in the middle of the car. Up to that point we will have heard various and strange noises, like shocks due to the weight moving from the point of contact. We clean the area around the support well and unscrew the supports. We spray some WD-40 and then we unhook the piece, then we put the new one back on, after which we can lower the car again.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
