To replace the outer handle on a Peugeot 807, loosen the screws that secure the corresponding door panel. The screws are located under the plastic cover surrounding the inner handle and at the bottom of the panel itself.

Once all screws are loosened, the panel can be detached, allowing you to disconnect the internal elements of the door mechanism from the outer handle. The outer handle can now be removed from the outside of the door, insert the new replacement part and reassemble all the previously removed components.
