How to Update the Maps on a Peugeot 3008 Sat Nav

Here’s how to update the maps on your Peugeot 3008 sat nav. Download the My Peugeot Navigation app on your smartphone, where you will enter the vehicle's VIN. Then go to "vehicle touch" and from there to "map update"; check for available map updates. If the update is newer than what is currently in the vehicle, you will need to download the maps via a PC or laptop using a USB stick of at least 16 GB to hold all updates. Simply search for "Peugeot map updates"; the first link will be Peugeot's, where you just need to enter the VIN starting with VF3; you will go to the next page to start the download, then transfer them to the USB stick. Transferring the maps will take about half an hour, during which the vehicle must remain on, even while driving. Select the map, install it, and the vehicle will update itself.
