To replace the windscreen on the Peugeot 408, you need to heat the entire perimeter of the windscreen using a hot air jet: this method will soften the adhesive that holds the windscreen to the frame. Once part of the sealant is softened, use a thin object to pry it off, detaching all contact points between the windscreen and the frame, removing it completely.

After scraping away the old adhesive, apply the new adhesive around the entire perimeter and reposition the windscreen, securing it.
