If the number plate light on your first-generation Peugeot 208 has suddenly stopped working, you need to replace it as soon as possible with a new one. In the following guide, you will find a description of all the various steps you need to take to complete the operation correctly.

First, lift the rear bonnet and locate the number plate light unit.

At this point, use a small flat screwdriver to remove the light unit and then proceed to replace the faulty bulb with a new one of the same type. Finally, reassemble the light unit and you are done.
