Replacing the stand in the Piaggio Si.

As always, before replacing the stand in the Piaggio Si or for any other mechanical maintenance operation, it is advisable to lock the bike in a stable and safe position, so that you can work on it safely. As we can see from the images, the stand is fixed to the frame by means of a pin which is blocked at both ends by two elastic rings. To disassemble the stand, therefore, we must remove the pin. First, we remove the snap ring on the side of the muffler (if we want to do the job more easily, it would be better to remove that too). Now, let's remove the snap ring de! 'other side. We extract the pin from its seat and, in this way, we can remove the stand. We proceed to replace with the new one. Position the spring the same way it was placed with the old kickstand. We put the bike on the ground, on the right side. We insert the pin so as to lock the stand and the springs in position. Finally, we block the pin with the two elastic rings (first on the side of the muffler) and fix the ends of the springs to the stand and that's it!

How to change the gearbox oil of the Piaggio Vespa Px 125 - Lml Star 125

Today we will see, in this short and simple guide, how to replace the transmission oil of the Piaggio Vespa Px 125, but also of the Lml Star 125 2-stroke. First of all we put the central stand and we start to unscrew the oil vent bolt of the transmission, which we find on the right side casing; to do this we use a 10 mm socket wrench, letting the oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler screw, in order to let the oil flow more quickly; then we finally top up, following the video to the end!
