In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the transmission belt of the Piaggio Zip 50 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start by unscrewing the side screws found on the clutch cover; then remove the fan by unscrewing the central nut, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the nut of the clutch bell to remove it; now you can replace the belt with a new one, using the original spare part. Finally, reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
