To set the clock on a Vespa GTS 300, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it to power on the instrument cluster: once the cluster is on, press and hold the MODE button located under the right knob of the steering wheel. You will notice that the hour display starts to flash: by repeatedly pressing the MODE button, you can change the hours. You can then press and hold the MODE button again, noticing that the minutes will start to flash and can be adjusted in the same way.
