The guide shows how to perform the TCAM system reset, which is the connectivity module of the Polestar 2. This procedure is useful when the vehicle's navigation system loses connectivity and simply restarting the vehicle does not result in significant improvements. From the engine compartment, remove the fastening clips of the finishing panel and disconnect the battery. From the trunk, after removing the cover panel of the compartment and folding down the backrest of the left rear seat, remove the finishing cap and unscrew the 7 mm bolt that holds the left finishing panel in place; once this element is removed, it is possible to access the additional battery that powers the TCAM system. Disconnect the auxiliary battery and wait a few minutes before reconnecting it to the system. Reconnect the primary battery and restart the vehicle. After the startup, the TCAM system will restart normally. If not, it will be necessary to update the firmware to the latest version available on the market.
