How to solve the problem of water on the Porsche Cayenne

Let's see how to solve a water problem in the interior of the Porsche Cayenne, caused by the clogging of the drainage pipes of the panoramic roof; in fact, they were clogged with leaves and dirt and the water, unable to flow, overflows from the gutter and seeps into the rear pillar, flooding the cargo area and damaging electronic components such as the audio system amplifier. We raise the vehicle to its highest setting, open the roof completely to access the drainage channels, find the drainage holes in the two rear corners of the roof gutter, and pour a little soapy water from a bottle into one of the drains. We check from the bottom of the vehicle (in the area of the rear wheel arch) where the water should come out. If it comes out little or nothing, the drain is clogged. To clean the drain definitively, we extend the drainage pipe from under the vehicle: at the lower end we will find a kind of rubber nozzle. Carefully cut off only the end tip of this nozzle with scissors (it is only a few millimeters), this will remove the most susceptible part to blockages and permanently open the passage. Pour more soapy water into the drain to verify that the water now flows freely.
