This guide shows you how to remove and replace the cabin air filter on the RAM 2500, following the instructions below. First, remove the glove compartment on the passenger side; then access the pollen filter box by removing the plastic cover (releasing the two side tabs).

At this point, pull out the pollen filter and replace it with the new one; insert it in the correct direction (usually indicated by arrows on the filter itself) and reassemble the cover and glove compartment!
