How do you replace the wiper motor on the RAM 3500?

In order to replace the RAM 3500 wiper motor you have to open the hood, so that you can loosen the screws that secure the grille to the base of the windshield. Once this grille has been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying components by unscrewing the bolts that secure the brushes to the motor. The latter must therefore be released from its housing, also disconnecting the connectors and unscrewing the motor fixing screws. In this way it will be possible to insert the new one, connecting the brushes and positioning the grid.
