First, make sure to completely turn off your RAM 1500 for safety reasons. Then, lift the front hood to access the battery and proceed to remove both terminals. Next, unscrew the various safety screws and remove the battery. Finally, install the new battery in the reverse order, and the procedure is successfully completed.

After positioning your car on a column lift: raise it to a comfortable height to work on, loosen the wheel nuts (using a socket wrench or air drill) and remove the wheel.
