Deactivation of the passenger side airbag of the Renault Captur 2

Before installing a child car seat on the front passenger seat of the Renault Captur, we must deactivate the corresponding airbag to prevent it from causing harm to the child. To do this, we open the passenger door, and in the side section of the dashboard we find a selector. We press the indicator in the center and rotate it to the left to Off, then release it. A light on the dashboard reminds us of the deactivation. To return the system to its initial conditions, we press the selector indicator, move it back to On, and release it.
