How do you check the brake oil on a Renault Modus? We see it in this video. In the meantime, it is not exactly within reach, because to access it we must lift the large plastic grille under the windshield wiper. We will have to remove the four screws that hold it in place. Underneath we will find another cover with three screws on each side, which we will also have to remove by pulling it off. Now we have access to the brake oil filler cap, and from the inside we can see that the level should be just below the "max" mark, so visually, we see that we need to refill it. Now we can put the two partitions back in place, securing all the screws. And the job is done. Now we check the oil light, which previously indicated an anomaly but is now off.
