Installing electric windows on a 1998 Renault Clio requires a bit of patience and skill, but it can be done easily with the right tools. First, disconnect the battery, then remove the door panel with screwdrivers and remove the hidden screws. Once removed, disconnect the old window regulator (if there is one) and install the new one by securing it with screws in the original holes. Connect the electric motor and run the wiring along the door, following the path of the original cables. If the car is not pre-wired, you will need to drill holes or adapt the plugs.
