How to deactivate and customize ADAS on Renault and Dacia vehicles

Let's see how to deactivate and customize the ADAS on Renault and Dacia: the system is the same on both brands and is based on the "my safety" button. We go to the infotainment menu and press the car icon: here we select the "driver assistance" voice; we choose the "customized" option instead of "all ON". Click on "configure my safety". At this point we can activate or deactivate each ADAS system according to our personal preferences: "lane departure prevention" which can be deactivated; "speed limit warning" which can be silenced; "blind spot alert" which is very useful, we do not recommend deactivating it; "safe distance" which we can adjust according to our preferences; "fatigue detector" sound warning that we can keep active. The recommended strategy in the video is to keep everything active on the highway, and to set the customized mode for the city and provincial roads.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
