How to change the rear shock absorbers of the Renault Scenic

On the Renault Scénic 3, the work starts from the rear wheel: in the video, you can see the loosening of the bolts with a wrench, then the car is lifted and the wheel is removed to provide access to the suspension. With the wheel removed, the rear shock absorber of the Renault Scénic 3 is clearly visible and work is done on its fixings. The removal is done by acting on the lower anchoring point: the nut/bolt is unscrewed and the shock absorber is freed from its seat, taking care not to stress the nearby parts while pulling it out. Halfway through the procedure, the new shock absorber is also shown, ready to be installed in place of the old one. For reassembly, on the Renault Scénic 3, the new shock absorber is positioned in the same direction and reinserted into its fixing points. The nuts are put back and everything is tightened. Once the tightening is completed, the wheel is reattached to the Renault Scénic 3, the car is lowered to the ground, and a final visual check is done to ensure everything is in place and that the fixings are well tightened.
