How to Reset the Service Light on a Renault Modus

Learn how to reset the service light on a Renault Modus: turn on the instrument panel and use the arrows on the steering wheel controls (the lever on the left side of the steering wheel, with arrows up and down and a central "OK" button) to scroll through the menu. Look for the entry indicating the next service or "service due". When this message is displayed, press and hold the "down arrow" button for several seconds (about 10). You will see the message start to flash and show a countdown to the next service. When it shows the mileage remaining until the next service, you can release the button.
