How to replace the radio in a Renault Master III with a 2 DIN unit

This guide shows how to replace the old radio in the Renault Master with a 2 DIN unit. We will not provide purchasing advice, as there is so much choice online for all budgets and tastes that it seems unnecessary. Just remember that you will also need to purchase an integration kit and an interface for the steering wheel controls. Extract the original radio using keys (or two thin screwdrivers) and disconnect the connectors; unscrew the T20 torx screws (top and bottom) and remove the centre console. Disconnect the climate control panel. Retrieve the air vents and climate panel from the old console and fit them onto the new console (provided by the kit). Proceed to install the radio, securing the side brackets to the dashboard, run the cables (GPS, microphone, camera), then attach the side plates to the radio and secure it. Reconnect the climate control, reposition the console, and secure the screws. Now you have an integrated 2 DIN radio, functioning steering wheel controls, and an active rear camera.
