How to Change the Engine Oil in a Renault Clio?

To change the engine oil in a Renault Clio, park the car on a flat surface and turn off the engine, allowing it to cool for a few minutes. Open the bonnet and unscrew the oil filler cap. Raise the front of the vehicle and place a container under the oil sump.

Unscrew the drain plug and let the used oil drain completely. When the flow stops, re-screw the drain plug and replace the oil filter by removing the old one and installing the new one. Lower the vehicle and pour the amount of oil specified by the manufacturer into the engine bay. Close the cap, start the engine for a few minutes, and check the level with the dipstick, adding oil if necessary.
