This tutorial shows how to change the engine oil in a Renault Clio, a very simple and quick operation. First, wait until the engine is sufficiently cool, then lift the vehicle taking all necessary safety precautions. Next, go underneath the vehicle, remove the plastic cover, locate the drain plug bolt, and unscrew it. Allow the oil contained in the system to drain out, then remove the filter housing with a 27mm spanner and insert the replacement along with a new gasket. Finally, reassemble everything and pour in the new oil through the designated hole.
