Removal of Instrument Cluster for Repair

Removing the entire instrument cluster is a straightforward but not quick operation. To avoid damaging plastic parts during the removal and installation process, place a cloth or something similar on the steering column. Remove the various plastic covers until you reach the base of the cluster, which hides the three fixing screws. Remove the three screws and, with great care, pull the entire instrument cluster outwards, being mindful of the various connectors at the back. Carefully disconnect all connectors to avoid pulling any wires. After the repair, refit the instrument cluster in reverse order. Check that it functions perfectly.
