The engine air filter container is located in the rear part of the engine itself, fixed by means of two straps hooked with bayonet locks; first unhook the vacuum tube and then the fastening hooks of the belts; at this point separate the two elements that make up the filter container, extract the old filter and insert the new one. Reassemble the container and re-attach it to the intake manifold, fixing it with the relative straps. If the old filter is slightly wet with oil, it means the engine has started to lose compression and therefore there are oil leaks in the intake: for an old car this is almost a normal condition.

Disassembly of the gear knob on the Lancia Ypsilon 2

Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to remove and replace the gear knob on the second series Lancia Ypsilon, but also on the Lancia Musa, in simple and quick steps. We get inside the car and start by removing the old gear knob; to do this, just unscrew it anticlockwise, as shown in the video.
