This guide shows how to replace the battery in the Renault Scenic's card key remote. After removing the mechanical key from the remote using the side button, use a craft knife or a small flat-head screwdriver to disconnect the two halves of the electronic card. At this point, you can remove the old battery and install a new CR2032 battery. Reassemble the two halves of the remote and reinsert the mechanical key. Check the remote's functionality before hitting the road.
