How to Disable the Automatic Folding of the Wing Mirrors on Renault Kadjar

This guide shows how to disable the automatic folding of the side mirrors on the Renault Kadjar. To perform this operation, you will need an OBD reader and the ddt4all software. Select the connection mode to the diagnostic device and wait for the connection. At this point, select the vehicle model and from the menu, select 'ECU Name'. Select the 'BCM/UCH' tab and then choose the subcategory 'CMF - BCM - DDT 11'. From the 'Action' menu, select the 'Mmi' screen and select the sub-tab 'Mmi - Configuration'. Press the 'Expert Mode' button on the top left bar, and from the list of options that appears, select 'Automatic Folding CF' and set the value in the second column to 'False' and press the 'Send' button. Close the program and check that the setting has been saved correctly.
