Here we see the problem of a Renault Kadjar that had a fairly common issue; one of the electric wing mirrors suddenly stopped opening and closing. It might seem like a problem that requires replacing the motor, but the YouTuber didn't lose heart: he removed the outer cover (which can be easily done by applying pressure) and then carefully checked until he found the spring that operates the mechanism completely rusted.

In fact, the cover is not isolated in any way, and moisture penetrates inside. This spring is not made of high-quality material, but of common iron, and it has rusted.

A generous spray of WD-40 fixed everything without incurring additional costs for replacing the motor.
