It would seem a problem that requires the replacement of the motor, but the youtuber didn't lose heart: he removed the outer shell (something that can be done easily only by applying pressure) and then checked carefully until he found the spring that drives the mechanism completely rusted. In fact, the shell is not insulated in any way and humidity penetrates inside. This spring is not made of precious material, but of very common iron and it has rusted. A generous splash of WD-40 fixed everything without incurring the additional expense of changing the motor.
