How to Remove the Wing Mirror on a Renault Kadjar

Model: Renault Kadjar MK 1 - Years 2015-2022
Part: Side mirror

Follow these steps to remove the external wing mirror on a Renault Kadjar. Using a plastic lever, pry between the edge of the mirror frame and the glass. Keep prying until the glass detaches from the mirror; disconnect the power cable (this is a delicate operation as the glass or the mirror itself may break). Press on the locking clips to disconnect the mirror cover, then replace the damaged part with a new one. Ensure the plastic snap clips engage properly in the mirror supports.

How to Open the Bonnet of a Renault Megane if the Lever is Broken?

If the lever that unlocks the bonnet of the Renault Megane is broken or not functioning, there is an emergency procedure to unlock the mechanism: remove the right front grille located at the top of the bumper. Once the grille is removed, you can locate the actuator mechanism: by pulling the spring in this position, you can unlock the actuator, allowing you to lift the bonnet and access the components located inside the engine compartment. You can then close the bonnet simply by lowering it.
